Incentives are a core component of virtually every business. Consumers expect them. Salespeople expect them. And competitors offer them. Ultimately, every incentive is attempting to influence behavior. When these incentives are designed and implemented effectively, they create value. When they aren't, they destroy value. At Mpell, we focus on incentives that influence the sales process. Specifically, our incentives do three things, they:

  • attract attention to sales and marketing communications which increases consumer awareness
  • initiate the sales process by motivating customers to visit stores or websites or call centers
  • accelerate the sale by stimulating an emotional response to the promotion
